What is parkrun?
parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning.
parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last, as each event has a volunteer Tail Walker. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Result History:
Check out your own or your family/friends' result history whether that be volunteering or finishing. Keep track of your Personal Bests, events you’ve attended, volunteer roles you’ve fulfilled and more.
Course Info:
Want to try a new event? Read the course description, check for cancellations and more by using the event map to view every parkrun event across the world.
Planner:
With so many parkruns to choose from, try our planning tool to help keep track of your up and coming events.
Milestones:
Track your progress towards your next finisher or volunteering milestones as you strive to join thousands of others in our various milestone clubs.
Barcode:
Use the barcode feature to help you on the day at events!
Volunteering:
All parkruns are delivered by volunteers so we've made volunteering easy. Simply pick an event, view the list of available roles and quickly send an email to the event organiser to put your name down or get more information.
One of my most used Apps for parkrun tourism. I’ve run in 59 locations and counting… I have a suggestion for a new achievement category challenge - the highest elevation starts per country or in the world. I’ve been looking for info on this because I think I’ve done most of the South African ones..
