This update replaces the Intercom Help Centre with the HubSpot Help Centre, providing users with up-to-date support information.

This app update includes the addition of WalkMe, a tool for helping users navigate the app more easily. It provides on-screen guidance, and shout-outs for new features.

This mobile app update includes an improved user journey for creating Incident Reports. All Incident Reports can now be completed within the app interface.

As per Section 56(1) of the NSW Liquor Act 2007 the new incident register book and digital incident register forms are compulsory from 1 Jan 2025. This mobile app update provides a new Incident Report type to choose, when creating a new report. When a user clicks this new report type, they will be redirected to the relevant web browser interface. Users can then complete the new compliant Incident Report, via a mobile web browser.
