A validated cancer predisposition syndrome screening app
Geared towards healthcare providers, researchers, and trainees, the McGill Interactive Pediatric Oncogenetic Guidelines (MIPOGG) app is a decision aid to determine which patients with cancer should be evaluated in genetics. The questions are simple to answer based on the type of tumor with which a patient was diagnosed. All cancer types relevant to children and adults aged less than 40 years old are included. Educational modules provide additional insight on the associations between each cancer and genetic syndromes.
