I just purchased this item and received it the same day. Instructions and set up very easy to understand and execute installation was a breeze. Only thing I would recommend is make sure you have a drill. Camera works extremely well senses all type of motion, including the trees blowing. I can see the entire front view of my house and house the house across from me . make sure you go in and set your features up to your likings, but they all work as promised . One thing I will say be prepared to purchase a cloud subscription, but you have your choice of subscriptions ranking from low to high in price value. I am very very pleased with this item and only spent $16 on and I’m getting the same high-quality that I would’ve gotten from a camera that might’ve cost $200 if not better I can see clearly at night as if it was daytime through my camera. It takes exceptional videos records saves you can share. This item is incredible. I absolutely recommended for anyone who needs some extra security at their house just to feel safe.

This little camera was under $20 to purchase which was an excellent value for a description that was advertised as “Video Door Camera-NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED.” Worked as described for 6 months with a clear, colored view of person at my doorstep. Later came the annoying Ads, which I was able to tolerate. I would watch 2-3 of them to get quick view of person at my front door when door cam was rung. FF one year later and this camera has become useless! I can no longer view or, see anything without a PAID subscription. I purchased this door camera because it clearly “advertised” and said “No subscription needed.” Well with all the APP updates and a year of use without paying for a subscription camera becomes useless. I purchased a Wyze with my own memory chip and no subscription needed. Currently I don’t have to pay for anything to view who’s outside my door. Hopefully, it will stay that way since Apps are always updating with changes? If my Wyze camera becomes a pay-per-view camera! I will just go old school and start looking out my window or, use my strong voice and ask “Who is it?!?” Don’t be duped! Finally I can relieve my devices of this trash. Aiwit gets access to sell/use my information when I purchased and downloaded app! Greedy corporation’s need to stop abusing consumer’s ! Overall these are good cameras super easy to setup….however wish list —-pause feature sometimes it would be nice to place the camera or cameras on pause, they stop on their own once they reach a 100 plus clips—most annoying as my Rokus will just keep rolling into the 1000 plus, so with these have to keep cleaning up videos so they don’t shut off, don’t automatically allow a side view when you turn your phone—you have to click on the icon-annoying, would prefer some type of bundling price option for the Cloud or no cloud at all since we don’t save videos…the option to delete all instead of scrolling to select would be useful..ThanksMORE Observations:I delete all videos almost daily yet I open the calendar and see videos listed for days back that were. It there before-super frustrating! And the cameras don’t allow you to watch-monitor without recording so you can only watch to the limit of the video timer—again frustrating-we use them for our chicken coop and would like to watch them for long periods of time but this isn’t an option Why don’t the cameras capture continuous movement—it is like snippets once again frustrating!

One camera stopped working early on and I had to get another one. Once I got the new one, they tried to charge me for a brand new year subscription instead of just adding the new camera to the existing subscription. That was like pulling Hair to get my refund. even if you set them to capture most things they don’t. It’s like the person has to literally walk up and rang the doorbell. Instead of it catching motion when you set it to pick up from further away. Also, customer service is horrible at responding when there’s an issue. I bought three separate cameras and paid for them to auto renew every year. For two cameras, my subscription is not over until April of this year. One of the cameras they have cut off my Cloud service in February. I have been arguing with them since then and I have shown proof that the Subscription is still active, and they still will not turn my cloud back on, essentially stealing my money. The one that doesn’t expire until next December camera just stopped working out of nowhere. I bought brand new rechargeable batteries, and it still will not work. I also don’t like the fact that I can’t speak to a real person and I have to wait sometimes a week to speak to someone via chat. I know the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.
