I’ve been a customer for two plus years,this device has too many off line incidents! Security is the number one reason for this purchase of Denver smart home doorbell camera! The purpose is defeated if a customer continues to remove and reapply the device! So much for safety! I have been out of my home to retrieve this doorbell camera so many times,it’s outrageous!

Just to say you are doing great work. Only thing I am missing is the way to change notification sounds and option for external sensors to initiate sms notification via sha-150 alarm system.

amazingly simple setup. crisp daylight images. surprisingly great night vision. price great. now for the downer. it takes images of everything that moves. i mean any and everything. When I asked about changing sensitivity level, told to go into settings and follow prompts. THERE is no section as described to change. Result camera captures mr. squirrel. mr. leaf, ms. bug, etc. etc. thus the quoted “2 to 3” battery life is really a week. Can’t recommend buying.

The app is decent but outdated.
