Latest update broke the app

I updated the app and now it won’t open. All previous data in the app appears to be erased. Developer, please fix.

Registered, but cannot use device...

v1.6.1 Allowed me to finally setup a new account. With high hopes, I ventured into the app...

I was able to answer the questions alright, however I could not perform the TWO required scans.

Again, there is no scroll-bar along the side so I can only (guess?) I’m just seeing the top of the screen.

After performing Scan #1, I cannot proceed any further. If I go back to the previous screen, all I can do is Scan #1 again.

PLEASE add a scroll-bar to the App, so those (of us) with smaller iPhones can use our new Bello units.

UPDATE: 1)My font is set to the smallest size selectable, it has no be usable. effect within the Bello ap, 2)My iPhone (5S) does not have an option to select between Zoom or Standard and FYI, Zoom is turned OFF on my phone, 3)My BOLD is tirned OFF.

Again, if you would simply add a scroll-bar I think the app would be usable.

2nd UPDATE: It’s been 2 weeks now with NO update -and- NO more suggestions or help. I purchased and received the Bello device over a month ago now...yet to-date, I have not been able to perform a SINGLE Scan simply because the developer refuses to add a simple scroll-bar that would allow ALL users w/smaller screen phones to use their new Bello scanners.

Hello, thank you for your review. Please try doing the followings. 1) Reduce the font size, 2) turn off the “Bold” feature in Settings, 3) try switching from “Zoomed” to “Standard” view from "Settings > Display & Brightness > View".

App works for me

I’ve got a device shipping to me, and downloaded the app in preparation. The sign in gave me no issues at all. I’ll update the review once I receive the device and have a chance to use it.

Update: I’ve been using Bello daily now for about a week. Each time the Bluetooth pairs within moments. It’s given me a consistent reading each time, with a +/- 0.1 variation. Instructions on using it are clear, and it takes less than a minute from beginning to end.
