I topped-up my AYAPay Wallet for the very first time with my Visa Card. The transaction went through from my Visa Card side but the balance was not added on AYAPay Wallet. When I contacted the online support, they ask my full Visa card number to check. I feel uncomfortable sharing all 16 digits of my Visa card number but shared the initial 6 numbers and ending 4 numbers. But it seems like the dead end for them to help resolve this problem unless I give out my full Visa number. I would rather lose 10,000 MMK than give out my full Visa card number to the online support team or its call center because I seriously doubted that the professionalism of AYAPay Wallet handling sensitive data during my very first interaction with this wallet.
