Your company put in place a Nap&Up nap space? Then this application is for you!
Your Nap&Up space is equipped with nap cocoons: an ergonomic chair and visual isolation allowing you to let go.
We designed this application to offer you the best napping experience through two services: the booking of a nap slot and access to relaxation audios.
Our goal? Helping you easily let go right at your workplace. We know that is not as easy task…
CUSTOMIZABLE NAP&UP AUDIO:
Whether or not you’ve made an habit of practicing micro-napping, those audios were designed to accompany you and teach you how to blow off some steam at your workspace.
Developed by sophrologists and hypnotherapists, the idea is to let a calm and soothing voice guide you. Don’t panic, an alarm will remind you of the end of your nap!
Choose the theme that best matches your mood (stressed, tired, etc…). And if needed, take advantage of the Nap&Up guide to help you make the right choice.
As of today, more than 300 audios are available.
BOOKING A NAP SLOT:
Simple and quick, book your micro-nap and make sure that the space is available when you need it by selecting the time and day, and your favorite cocoon.

A quick recap about micro-napping?
A micro-nap is a nap of short duration, from 5 to 25 minutes. The idea is not to dive into a deep sleep phase, but to benefit from a light and restful sleep.
With a impact on productivity, awareness, memory and creativity, micro-napping is perfectly adapted to a professional environment.
The idea is not necessarily to sleep at all but to take an efficient break: close your eyes, put yourself in “off” mode and relax your body.
