Das System stellt die technisch überlegene Alternative zu konventionellen Kommunikationsmitteln dar. Via Videostream und SmartGlasses wird eine bidirektionale Bild- und Tonübertragung aus der Ich-Perspektive möglich. Es unterstützt die schnelle und direkte Fehlersuche, -erkennnung/-behebung durch den Techniker vor Ort, mit dem Ziel Ausfallzeiten zu reduzieren und Produktionsunterbrechungen idealerweise zu vermeiden. Anstehende Reparaturarbeiten können zielgerichtet vorbereitet werden.
