I try to get on their app. I try to get on their website it both of them does not work at all. I called them up. They ignore my calls. I got the phone hanged up on me. I cannot deal with this insurance company anymore. They don’t know how to treat customers.

App typically works fine, however for last month it hasn’t allowed me to login at all to pay my bill resulting in me having to track down my policy number and paying online as a guest. Please fix this issue ASAP!

All of a sudden it’s not working. I had to go to my agent’s office to the pay bill where they had trouble also. No explanation or information on when it’ll be fixed.
