Easy to use-BUT WATCH OUT!!! They don’t take as much as they give you come settle up on pay day. They’ll give you 400, but will only take out part of it on pay day. Eventually locking the ability to get any more till you pay them back manually. If they’d actually give me the 400, then really take out the whole 400 on payday- I wouldn’t have any complaints. When my husband asks “how much will we owe ZayZoon on payday?”? I have to say “I have NO flippin idea” cuz what they take out is a COMPLETE mystery every time. Would love to know why…. They just say “SORRY some payments were missed” but not to worry, you can pay us on any credit card you have”. Kinda defeats the purpose of GET A PAYOUT AND WE’LL TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK doesn’t it?

The service is nice to have, but their customer service is horrific. I never had issues until recently. I am paid biweekly, and last pay period, when repayments were due they failed to pull them correctly and tried to blame my employer. Mind you I work for a small company and personally know our accounting department employees well, and spoke with them & there were no issues on the company’s end. It took them 4 days to fix, meanwhile they were trying to get me to pay the repayment out of pocket, when it had already been debited from my check and sent to them. This pay period the payment worked fine, but the amounts to pull after my pay day were incredibly low compared to normal. Unfortunately, I have had to use this service consistently for roughly a year, so I know exactly what amount is available when. The first day, it was normal, but Saturday and onward the amounts were dropping by A LOT. I messaged to ask what the deal was, and explained it all, and the amounts I usually can take even though they can see that in account activities and their customer service representative continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong and it just hadn’t “grown” enough. I am also a salary employee so my pay doesn’t change so that couldn’t be an affecting factor. After roughly an hour of going back and forth and him still calling me a liar despite the proof I provided, I just gave up. It’s the week of Christmas and I really needed the normal funds and was counting on it, so it was very disappointing and frustrating. Do better with your employees and algorithm zayzoon!

So if you work for an owner who is being bought out (so two companies kinda) they will rob every check you have. It’s been 8 days since they took $200 extra from me, and nothing letting me know when it’ll release. I borrowed $200 from my check, but because I get two checks they took $410 from me. I got paid last Friday, they deducted last Thursday. And if you actually speak to somebody they’ll tell you they see it, you just have to wait on the system to give you it back. This isn’t the first time, I know it won’t be the last, but the employees working here don’t help you if you actually have issues. Oh that’s how our app is soooo you just have to wait. Apparently they have no control and the app controls all. Great intelligent team there. Like I’m not mad, but the last time I inquired about my missing finances they were absolutely no help. So just know if you use this and you over pay, you will not be getting it right back right away. It will be on their time

This app is not a wage on demand app. Very deceptive and I forgot to mention. It adds maybe $10 each day to your balance to increase your available amount. This app is more like a Dave app loan and you repay it with fees no more than $5. Which is wrong it’s nothing like daily pay. Which gives u access to your full wages of the shift worked and u decide how much u want to transfer and they will only charge u a fee to transfer. But if u have a daily pay card it’s no fee. But this app is deceptive and not a wage on demand as it says. People don’t expect to get access to your wages you won’t get that here. U will get MAYBE ten percent of what u worked not the full shift wages and only it will increase as they add ten dollars to fourteen added daily. That’s not a wage on demand they need to examine their own app and see that it’s deceptive and very disappointing. If u have daily pay keep it it’s so much better and convenient 🤔👌 especially if u have a bill to pay and need it right away.
