Good game overall

I am having a lot of fun with this game but it does have its flaws... I can’t find any Bundesliga player on the market because of the fake names. I also wish you could sim like in fifa career mode where u can sim past a lot of games at once. And I would really like the option to be able to sign into another account when u already have one so I can have multiple teams at once. Some players price tag are also very inaccurate. I also would love for there to be a Copa Sudamericana or a Fifa club World Cup. But the game is still pretty fun anyway.

I been playing Club Director since 2018 version. Every year it’s an improvement. 2021 version is awesome and I enjoy it. My only issue is the highlights are unrealistic. Such as players not shooting on open net or players missing open chances, where the GK positioning is poor. Even with players in the high 90 miss these and I don’t get it. Takes the fun out of the game. Also in most games GK become super human and save everything, even when they shouldn’t have a shot at saving it. Overall a very fun game to play! Hope next year they can fix the highlight issues and bring in more creativity. I think one thing that would be cool is, the ability to promote younger players to team, IRL you see 14-15 year old have a shot, so why not allow it. Plus add more thing for the youth academy, better players from a fully developed academy and so on. So much could be done on that end to better the game.

Up until this year (so, in prior games), signing a youth player was easy: you’d offer a contract and they’d be given a 1 year, £200 per week contract that you could then negotiate to extend. However, as of this game, you must negotiate a contract with the youth player from the beginning. The real frustration comes with their demand of £550 per week, which would be more than some of the best players on the starting team. This makes it really difficult to develop the team, since free agency doesn’t get you too far and transfers are expensive. Youth players were the best way to develop the team, but now it is almost impossible to make progress without spending real money to get more in-game money.

This is the best mobile football manager game but it crashes sooo much it will happen after I win a game and I log back in and it changes to a loss. And every time I click facilities it crashes. And also I think reputation upgrading on its own is to slow! I could win every game but if I lose one it messes it up
