When it works it’s fabulous

Own a 2023 Fazzio. It will connect automatically for a half day to a day, then stop reconnecting automatically, nor will it connect manually via Bluetooth settings. I then have to disconnect/reconnect the control unit under the seat then it’ll work again for a half day to a day. That said it’s a great app in that it allows you to see how much fuel you use and a lot of other useful statistics.

I’ve been using this app to connect my fz-s v4. Initially it was difficult to connect with motorcycle. After making several attempts it worked. Sometime it had connection issue with mobile and trip data wasn’t syncing, after restarting app it worked but some trip data went missing. After the last update 3.5.0 the app doesn’t start at all. After tapping the app from homepage, there is a black screen, nothing of the app is showing and app closed.I m using iPhone 13pro, software version 18.2.1

The latest app is more reliable when connected. If the developers are reading, the issue with the phone disconnecting is tied to notifications. If you have too many left unread in Notification Center it tends to disconnect. After clearing notifications it stays connected reliably. Also please consider allowing us to log rides in perpetuity (e.g. if turning vehicle off to get gas it continues to log, set new log if vehicle hasn’t been ridden in say 3 hours) Vehicle is 23 Xmax 300

After last update app will not completely load. Message pops up stating there is update data and is updating. You press ok and that’s it. Stays on the splash screen forever. Phone does connect to the bike but cannot use any app features. You have to close the app to have it connect each time you start the bike.
