I can connect my google mail directly without needing to fill up the log in part but with my Naver and Facebook, I always have to log in manually at it’s so annoying. Why can’t it be link automatically and to directly ask to allow to connect like other korean apps? Please update and fix this problem. Thank you.

First action on app is selecting your fav group/solo artist, but searched multiple times, closed app & logged in 3-4x, nothing worked. See prob. is my fav are pretty popular so this wasn’t going to work at all. A day later, tried again, same prob. I also learned app has no prob using a group’s image, popularity & fanbase to promote itself & we join to help our favs win awards, but when images are used incorrectly & rules are arbitrary, the app & award lose credibility! At this point, I would rather support another award show & app, than see their image used for clickbait and see all their hard work & talent simply used to make $$ for this app. when they play unfair & are disrespectful to the artists they claim to support. Always remember as fans, we come here to support our group, we can do that without a shady middleman or a sus award, so shame on you! Sorry, but not really.

Every time I try to check the second day of assistance the app doesn’t let me. Yesterday I took it around 11:10am and now I tried to take the second one at 1:20pm and it’s blocked. I talked with my fellow friends in the fandom and the majority are experiencing the same issues, please be kind enough to fix this situation. Thank you! Apart from that the app is decent.

App content and rules exclude artists that rightfully should be on the app that claims to support them but only makes money off them. It has misleading competitions that encourage spending money, but then fails to follow through or changes rules mid way to sabotage results. Trash. Next.
