Have been using Bumpa on my smartphone I switch to IOS and have been having difficulty login , it keeps telling me wrong password I didthe forgotten password to reset a new password it keeps showing. I can’t change the password, please I need assistance to get back into my account.

Have been using Bumpa for quit some time and I must confess their service is top notch till on 22nd of this month that they refuse to remit my settlement due for that day till today 27march 2024 have tried contacting their support but no one gives me a quality attention to help me resolve this issue they said they are doing KYC for more than 5days now I want to advice you all using Bumpa to be very careful as they are beginning to look for means and way to sink customers funds you can’t trust Bumpa anymore I believe the CEO will see this better address your staffs to stop trying to steal from customers and if my money isn’t remitted today expect a petition from my lawyer and a legal action will be taken right away if you value your platform and your business better talk to whoever is holding back my funds to remit it or else the worst will happen

When a KYC or compliance review is triggered, we’re required to complete it before releasing funds, and this can sometimes take a few days depending on the documents provided.Please reach out via in-app support with your store email so we can check the status of your review and ensure your settlement is processed. Says it’s free when it really isn’t.

I tried it and it says it free but it really isn’t, it’s free to download it but when you go to set up your website (it makes you fill out stuff and until you do your website will be non existent.) and I was like ok fine and I filled it out, but to save it, you have to pay like $135 dollars a year. And if you click off of it, all of it isn’t saved, AKA, you have to pay to make a website.

There is no Dark Mode Feature.
