**New Feed Alert** We’re excited to launch our new Feed! The Feed is full of stories and posts from community members, the latest medical articles, and information from the Healthread News Team, and it allows you to stay up-to-date while on your health journey. You can share these stories with your network, discover healthcare tips from the Healthread community, and look for personal stories to support you while you scroll. **Important Change Coming - Introducing Health Topics** We are pleased that our group chat and direct messaging functions have helped you connect with others interested in health and wellness. We've heard from many members that the conversations haven't been as focused on support and intentional community building around a specific topic. As a result, we decided to create a forum/message board type of experience called Threads. Threads will contain Health Topics that encourage specific questions and responses. **New Feature: Threads** We have redesigned the Threads section so that it will be easier for you to find conversations about specific topics. We hope that this change will make it easier for you to build support and share stories about your health journey. Step 1: Tap the THREADS button at the bottom of the app Step 2: Find a HEALTH TOPIC relevant to your interest or health journey. Step 3: The THREADS section allows you to create your own THREAD or be part of a conversation. Step 4: You can reply to a THREAD or tap the + button to show your SUPPORT for the conversation that's taking place. **New Feature Alert: Daily Check-in** Some days are great...some days not so much. Let us help you keep track of how you are feeling—introducing the all-new Daily Check-In feature where your responses are collected and visualized to give you insight into how you are coping with your health condition. Step 1: Click on your profile and find your Daily Check-In feature. Step 2: Answer the two questions related to diagnosis or health topic (depending on which one you have entered) Step 3: See a comparison between how you feel today compared to tomorrow or today vs. a day in the past. **New Feature Alert: Easy Posting** The more you share, the more our community becomes stronger. We are building a feature that helps you share your stories faster and more efficiently. Now you can use the + icon at the bottom of your screen to create your latest feed! **New Feature Alert: Journal** We believe one of your best wellness tools is actually a journal. Research shows this to be true, and we think it's our responsibility to bring new ways for you to tell your health journey story. In the coming weeks, we'll be launching a new feature, JOURNAL, that will be a collection of your actions on Healthread and additionally provides you a space to write directly about your Health Interest or diagnosed condition.
