The mini player is very frustrating to cancel. To close it has to be swiped right. But the problem is to swipe too full. Just a normal gesture swipe should be able to close the mini player. But in this case it is not. Please make it so that just by swiping a little the mini player closes not swiping full right.
Bad app and even worse customer service

Bought a 30 days fifa subscription. Got confirmation on transaction. But no subscription received. Mailed to banglalink directly(with proof)because nor the app or the website has any customer service option. Received a call from random banglalink number, the dude said he is from bl customer service asked for my ip address and told me they gonna resolve the issue soon. 3 days gone total radio silence . Mailed them again, they call my within a minute of hitting the send button and ASKED ME TO KEEP TRYING!!! I constantly tell the dude nothings working and he said it is working and i should keep trying!! The dude subtly hinted me that i should buy the subscription again! They even sent me a confirmation mail acknowledging my issue is resolved (even though i kept telling the dude its not!)

I bought their 1 month vip subscription package but was unable to watch any premium content. So, called the customer care for assistance and they informed me that it was a technical issue and will be fixed shortly. But, it’s been 3 days and I am still unable to consume the premium contents. I asked them to refund the subscription fee but they refused. The quality of service is way too poor for a organization like Banglalink. They should take down the app from Appstore until the issue is resolved or should hire people who can fix this. I am seriously thinking of lodging complain to Vokta Odhikar
Ads on Paid subscription !!!

Look, I have paid for 1 month Subscription during T20 Cricket World Cup 2024. Whenever I click for the Live match, a popup Ads shows up which is not not skipable. During the match there are too too many ads, even during the reviews they change the game and starts to show ads. And sometimes first ball of the over is not shown due to ads.I am not paying a subscription for Ads only. Definitely this is the last time for this service.
