I watched last FIFA mostly on toffee through streaming. I enjoyed every moment it had to offer except for the fact my internet line was a bit slow. Delay compared to DTH service is 10 to 30 seconds. So yeah, that loud noise after each goals were heard before toffee audience which is upsetting! But overall experience was not bad. I hope toffee team will do some improvements this time. I will subscribe prior to live events take place
Bad app and even worse customer service

Bought a 30 days fifa subscription. Got confirmation on transaction. But no subscription received. Mailed to banglalink directly(with proof)because nor the app or the website has any customer service option. Received a call from random banglalink number, the dude said he is from bl customer service asked for my ip address and told me they gonna resolve the issue soon. 3 days gone total radio silence . Mailed them again, they call my within a minute of hitting the send button and ASKED ME TO KEEP TRYING!!! I constantly tell the dude nothings working and he said it is working and i should keep trying!! The dude subtly hinted me that i should buy the subscription again! They even sent me a confirmation mail acknowledging my issue is resolved (even though i kept telling the dude its not!)

I purchased a subscription specifically to watch the FIFA World Cup, but the streaming experience was extremely disappointing. The live match kept buffering, and the stream was delayed by at least 5–10 seconds, making it impossible to enjoy the game in real time.The most frustrating part is that the app still shows advertisements every time I open it, even though I paid for a subscription. If I’m paying for the service, why am I still forced to watch ads?I expected a smooth, premium experience, but instead I got buffering, delays, and ads. This app needs major improvements before it’s worth paying for. I regret purchasing the subscription.

I feel like I’m watching a bad dream whenever I watch matches on Toffee. The constant lag during the most important moments makes it feel like I’m missing parts of the match that I can’t get back.My biggest frustration is that I paid for the streaming service, yet the app still shows far too many ads. It’s incredibly annoying and gets on my nerves. This is simply unbearable.Toffee is the worst OTT platform in Bangladesh. It seems completely focused on making money by squeezing every possible profit out of its users while ignoring user satisfaction. Watching the World Cup on Toffee was a truly painful experience, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved.
