First round of post launch fixes: * Fixed a bug where exporting a 3D Mountain before it had loaded would crash the app. * Fixed an itermitent bug in Record where loading the map would crash the app. * The map exploration view from Explore and Plan is now full screen and utilizes the full width of your device in landscape orientation. * Premium map tiles load faster throughout the app. * Fixed a bug where rating requests would show when exiting mountains in Explore. * Removing "Create Plan" as an action option on iPad, if/when Plan comes to iPad this will return. * Added clearer error messaging when attempting to download maps with a map style that cannot be downloaded for offline use.
