My provider was quick to get me in at the time I had setup my appointment. Her staff was very professional and great at getting my appointment moved along quickly & proficiently. When Alicia came in my patient room, she was excellent at answering my questions and helping me feel more relaxed about why I was there. Alicia was able to get my test results back in a very timely fashion which I appreciated. My experience with Alicia was excellent. The negative…the building is very lacking an unappealing. I felt that the building looked run down and definitely needs updating from the outside. While waiting for my appointment, the waiting room was ok but I could see where the staff appeared congested in a small reception room which I was surprised for the size of the building. I also felt that the patient rooms which surprisingly there was only 2, were small and needed to be updated. Again, I was happy with Alicia & her staff but there needs to be a significant upgrade in the building.

hello to you 12345
There seems to be glitches from time to time. For example, Any from Dr. Sihng sent me informations packets or videos which I could not open. I remove medications I no longer take and it shows removed. But when I open page back up it’s still there. Messages have disappeared and reappeared from the doctors staff or nurses. I could not video chat the only two times I had an online o appointment via video. Neither could Amy or Dr. Pertraglia. I get notifications in my email that I have a message. Go to page/my app and nothing is there. Doctor Kalia is still listed as my doctor and facet joint shots or whatever l they are called, that Dr. Kalia a ordered is still on my main page. But, he not longer is with Rochester Regional from what I was told. He still shows up as working at Rochester Regional as well so it makes me question if he works there still or not. Really, I’d give the page a 1 with all the trouble I have. However, before I do something like that I feel I should give you time to fix first.?I do realize sometimes these things are out of your hands. But somebody from offices connected to Rochester Reginial pays for this. Thank you for the oppertunitu to let you know these things, understanding, and for reading.

I have been a patient since I turned 15 years old of Dr Michael Myers, he was an excellent doctor and saved my life more than once, since then he’s now retired and I miss him dearly, he was like family to me!! Very caring, and always on top of everything I was going through!! He left me in the hands of his office and staff and I can’t imagine anyone else handling my care, Dr Petruzzo is now my doctor and having all the extra help from everyone else I’ve seen has been wonderful!! Dr Meyers has been great as well and takes great care of my health, so I thank you all amongst others in the office, everyone is caring and wonderful!! Thank you so very much!!

I had an appointment with a provider and they ordered scans to be preformed. After the scheduled scans were complete, I waited for a call from the doctor to discuss the findings, or a follow up appointment to be made. Finally, I saw the report in my portal and sent a message to the doctor addressing my concerns. After submitting the message, and further digging into my portal, I discovered a message had previously been sent to me from the doctor. While the doctor indicated that the findings were not life altering, I am disappointed that I didn’t receive any contact from the providers office, or an alert that I have a new message in my portal. Upon further investigation, I have found several disappointments from the same providers office. Notes indicating that someone has tried to call me several times without success, AND another memo from the doctor to me regarding my concerns with the findings. Very Frustrating!!!MY SUGGESTION: Find a way to alert patients when new activity has been made in our portals.
Miscellaneous fixes and improvements.
