The Greystar Resident App provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone. Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features). Greystar Resident App Features: • Make a One Time Payment - Easily submit a one time payment with the same trusted payment platform you have always used. • Add/Delete Recurring Payments - Easily schedule new auto-payments ensuring your rent will never be late. • One-Tap Pay - Pay rent with a single tap right from your smartphone. The app remembers your last used payment method and knows your exact balance due. • RentNotify - Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent. • Contact Property - Contact your property directly from the app. The app automatically routes your call to the appropriate after-hours number when the office closes. • Submit Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance request right from the app. • Take a Picture of the Problem - Use your smart phone's camera to take a picture of the maintenance issue without leaving the app. • Inspections - Complete move-in, maintenance, and other inspections right from your mobile device. • Touch ID Login - After initial setup, securely log in to the app by scanning your finger print • Face ID Login - Authenticate with your face with iPhone X+ • 3D Touch Support - Quickly pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your balance by tapping and holding the app icon. Park 12 collection is without question one of the most beautiful apartment communities I’ve ever seen and the amenities are incredible multiple pools incredible workout facility and the staff at Graystar are just tremendous. They’re so helpful so caring. Parking facilities are excellent and the security staff is really really on it.!!

The sheer incompetence of whatever developer created this application and its corresponding platform backend is shameful. It is a hateful application, chock full of broken features and irrational logic choices. The adoption of this application over the previous this Reston, Virginia property was using was clearly done for cost-savings reasons rather than improving the resident’s experience. Multiple tickets have been submitted by residents about this poorly performing application/platform, with no responses on feedback or relief in site. Property management are as frustrated with it I have learned, as well, and are tired of fielding complaints. Fire this person or people who developed this front-end/back-end and whomever else signed off on it as if it was ever ready for a production environment. From one Texan to another, do the right thing and reinvest in proven architectures, and quit pinching pennies.

My home at the Avana run has been great love my home , I have a great view from 4th floor , no mice or anything since iv lived here n I also enjoy the amenities! I will say that Monica has been really professional and nice and so bad nickhlos but I do miss Liz as she left the company but was very professional. Now the new girl ASIA is not professional at all , she seems very short with the residents that call and have questions and she is not approachable when entering the rental office , it seems as if she’s not happy n hates her job n i just never had a great experience with her at all . I feel that if she doesn’t like her job than she should leave.

Love living here at Overture Fairview, however the staff here has consistently ignored some very simple problems. For instance the hand sanitizers located by the elevators have been out of sanitizer for almost two years!!!!!! Either take them down or fill them!!! The other complaint is that staff is very good at letting people know when they cancel overture events and they will take the time off but very bad at letting residents know that certain door don’t open or why the pool is not in operation or when it will be in operation.Just some examples of the lack of communication. But not lack of communication when the rent goes up!
