Added Deals and Promotions Carousel on app home page for summer promotions. Added toggle to enable/disable in-store loyalty by phone number entry on the pin pads. Updated locations endpoints to make the location render much faster with better location aware.

Updates to allow for in-app promotions with bonus points. Updated shopping to include more category options. Added side car menu for quick links to order and points history. Corrected several bugs.
