I would not recommend this app to anyone. I have lost valuable recordings that I can never get back. The app will tell you that your recordings are saved and then three seconds later it will display a system error. There is no customer service that you can audibly converse with. There is only a technical support team via email. I advised the technical support team that my recordings showed to be saved, however, did not appear in my recordings list. They advised me, against my better judgment, to delete the app in order to restore missing recordings. They ensured me that that my recordings would not be lost to follow the steps that they sent me in the email. I followed the steps exactly and wound up losing over 50 very important recordings that were valuable for legal proceedings!!!! I am forced to keep the app, because of the ones that were recovered… they will be lost if you decide to discontinue the service. Since all of my complaints, they have tried to now. Upgrade the app, but it’s still having problems and I have to delete the entire app again and again. Each time it’s taking another risk. If I were you, I wouldn’t use it!
