It’s incredibly frustrating when logging into the app and you’ve set up the Face ID, but it still has you enter in your user name and password!! That needs to be fixed. It looks like this has been a HUGE issue for over 3 years! How pathetic! DI, GET WITH IT!! FIX IT OR JUST DELETE THE APP ENTIRELY!! Also, once inside the app, you click on the Notifications tab and then go to click on the notification and it doesn’t take you to your notification. Either update that, so it does take you to your notification or just remove that part of the app. I’d like to be able to use the app to the fullest, but it’s really annoying and difficult to do so, when these issues are there. With the amount we pay for Dental Intelligence, I fully expect the app to be up to par. In today’s world, using apps for work, is a given. So with that said, Dental Intelligence, FIX IT!!!

I know the system is still fairly new since being bought by DI but there’s definitely bugs that need fixed and the platform needs to be more user friendly. I don’t like that I need to click on multiple tabs to see the full schedule. What if I miss something on the go because I didn’t click through the million tabs for providers/Operatory. Put the schedule all together like we’re looking at the Dentrix Appointment Book. Plus you can’t even click on the treatment a patient has scheduled for the day, it’s cut off if there’s multiple codes for the treatment. Like the other review it says “Remember Me” for the log in but never does. Also, does Modento Go not have call forwarding? Obviously you can call the patient from the app. But not receive them on the go if necessary?

This app is inefficient and disfunctional. Don’t use it or put it on your phone/device. It is truly horrible. It says I need to update, no I don’t. I cannot access the schedule, I cannot access the schedule. It does not matter what I do, it continues to be truly pathetic! If you want to stay sane, delete this app immediately.

Been a DI user for nearly a year and had the old app only barely work a few times, now the new one won’t even recognize my login and just says “permission denied” when logging in. Dot wont help as she wants more detail of the denial but there’s nothing to give… would love to have this actually work as we rely on this program and spend a ton of money on it- too much not to have this function.
