NEEDS feature for group challenges.

Absolutely love this workout app! It’s focused and fun. Love the widget option. Not like the other activity apps such as Fitbit & Stridekick that allow too many bots and fake accounts. With Motion you connect with people you know. With that being said, Motion at this time only allows individual challenges. What is truly needed is a group challenges feature to allow several friends at a time in a challenge. That addition will make Motion even more fun and top tier! 💯

Great app until it wasn’t

I loved this app for about 8 mos and got 5 of my coworkers to download and use it. We would have competitions at work and we all loved it. One day it just stopped updating. I lost my parrot and my background that I had worked for. I deleted the app then tried to download it again, but I can’t get it using the same phone number I had used the first time I used the app. I reached out to support on Discord and they are super slow to respond, sometimes a week or more. Nothing they have told me to do has worked. This happened to me about 6-8 weeks ago and now my coworkers are all having the same problem with the app not updating with their workouts. I’ve completely deleted the app and I honestly miss it. It seems that the developers don’t care at all about the app anymore. Once they updated and took away the coin rewards for liking other people’s workouts, it went downhill fast.

I've had this app for about a year now and recently tried to upgrade to the new version. 1st it stopped keeping track of my movement and wouldn't update the app and now it won't let me log on. I tried to delete the app and re-download and now it won't even let me put any information in. I really liked the app when it worked and I even competed with friends on the app. I started using the apps before my friends, but because it quit recording my movement I got stuck on level 8 while my friends made it to level 11 and now I can't even log in anymore. I can't figure out how to contact customer service, but hopefully if they see this review they'll contact me, so we can get this fixed.
