Kooky is a great app in concept but I feel it needs to be more user friendly and less payment based. I do understand the goal of those transactions, but I feel there needs to be more incentive for users to start and stay. Starting off with basically nothing and so many things going on makes it difficult to want to continue using the app, especially when it feels like your being pressured to spend in order to get your favorite to win. Finding different ways to increase your Kookys in app would be a great way to start. Cause the very minimal you get from logging in, liking a comment/magazine, voting in polls, and entering other discussions doesn’t earn very much and makes it hard to support time based polls for users who do not have $20 to buy 3,100 Kookys. Besides this, it’s a very nice app with good potential to be better in the future for kpop fans and fan voting.
Really good app, still a bit confusing

I really like how much better it’s gotten to navigate the app with ease, but there are moments I have a hard time understanding where to go for certain things. Personally, I’ve never used an app other than a ticketing official site for concert, so I’m a bit nervous for an upcoming event as it’s very new to me. The content itself is entertaining and I like the simplicity of it all. I do hope some updates can be made in the coming future so it’s easier to understand how to vote, watch, and support content of idols and groups! Other than this, I really enjoy using it!
Better than expected

As a kpop stan for 3 years now, I can say that Kooky is a good app to win ads for your idol. The only downside for me is when voting, they would show ads before we can cast our votes. Which is time consuming and unfair since I never get rewarded for it. Other apps would usually give votes for every ads we watch.

Overall it’s a great app! The layout is a bit confusing on how to access everything initially, but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy to navigate, and the app does a decent job at explaining everything especially regarding voting/polls. I like that things are reward based, and that it keeps things fun and interactive! Really great place for kpop fans. I wish I added it earlier!
