It won’t let me change photo’s for my rabbits and keeps glitching out. Would be a nice app to use if it actually worked. It also never lets me upload pedigrees with a photo anymore. I have to type everything in manually….It’s less effort to just keep everything in tangible records. There’s absolutely no point in me paying for a monthly subscription to this junk anymore. I’m very upset with the complete disregard for maintenance or basic functionality.

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS putting in your information and getting your rabbits info in this software! It isn't worth it!! Way too expensive and you will get advertisements on your pedigrees. Addressing Barntrax/Hutch: I understand there are issues with updates for Apple Pay but I am sure Apple has told you all that they were implementing this change a long time ago. I spend more than $20 a month to use this service and the app doesn't work on iOS at anymore. Hasn't for several months yet I still am paying full price. Then I am printing out pedigrees and I am getting an ADVERTISEMENT OF YOURS! I quite frankly am disgusted that at the bottom of one of my pedigrees I printed try Hutch for free! I am not your personal advertiser when I am paying for your services and you are the most expensive service out there and you can't get your software to work right. Very disappointed. I have emailed twice and got the same email cut and pasted twice, verbatim from 2 different people. MOVING ON TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE!

Hi Rhapsodyntime, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the pedigrees. We allow you to add a QR code to your pedigrees which makes them easy to scan and pull up online or in the app, and it is typical for pedigrees to indicate which software they were generated by. We're currently redesigning our pedigree system so the branding is less obtrusive on both printed and web-based pedigrees. We hope you'll consider checking out the updates as we move forward. This is such an amazing app that helps me keep track of all of my reading times and helps me sell the rabbit said I’m not keeping one thing to complain about though is it makes me login and update when I haven’t been on it for about a week also once I clear my notification center. It’s still tells me that I have a notification which is a little bit annoying but other than that this app is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend for any new rabbit people.

I love this app but it’s so difficult to put my information in because it constantly crashes it’s becoming highly difficult for me to use. I pay $20 a month to use this app it would be great if it worked like it should! Also would be great if I could change the part that says Rabbit as I don’t have rabbits, I use this for my Rattery. I would love if the options of changing categories would be available it would be a great help! 3 stars for now until the crashing stops!!

We have released a bug fix today that should address this so please make sure you have updated to the latest version, and please let us know if you continue to experience issues. Regarding rat breeding, we do plan to launch specific support for other animals in the future.
