This app does everything I need it to do. The ability to transfer money across accounts is big for me, and this set up is pretty simple. I like the recent ability to categorize expenses, although the manual portion of this feature suddenly stopped working for me and remained “grayed” out. Not sure if it is user error or something changed…it still does it automatically but it is not always accurate.
Need to throw out the limits for car loans payments

The app went through the update and it throw out the old version few months ago. I don’t like the new version of the banking app. With old version I can pay the full car loan payment per monthly but now I have to pay up to $200 limit. When I paid the first $200 then I tried to pay another $200 and it said that I exceed over the limit of $200. I had to wait for my $200 to be cleared and show up in the account. Then I pay my second $200 then tried to pay another $200 but same thing that I exceed the limit. When my second payment got through and cleared I had to pay the final $200 payment then I got charged for be late and what is worse they didn’t update the account until 3-5 business days. It’s like I have to pay $200 per 3-5 business day until my next auto loan due date. Worst banking app ever!!! The support service is a huge joke and doesn’t even help or fix the issues. Can’t wait until I finish the loan!!!! Anyone have same issues?

Been using this app for several years with no problems. It has my confidence and definitely makes banking life easier. There have been only a couple of changes over the years (visible to end user) “to make things better “ which I have to say allowing deposits has been the only noticeable benefit. Very few changes, means very times I needed to adapt :) I used the online support only once and they were very helpful! I like supporting my local businesses and the little banks certainly need our support in these times ! Try the app! It’s safe and never wonky. Stick with this bank or give them a chance :) I’ve been a pleased customer for decades.
Cumbersome non-intuitive app

Setting up autopay, changing banks then resetting up autopay just to pay off car loan, managing resolution for accidental late payment - each of these situations required calling for assistance because the app is not intuitive, and then hard to get ahold of them because they are only available to field calls during bankers hours (I get the irony stating that), but a lot of us work bankers hours and that becomes difficult, other lenders and banks would have extended hours for customer service calls. I have not been happy with the experience with this bank. The staff I've spoken with have been very kind and helpful, but it should not have to go that far where I'm speaking in person with someone no matter how kind they are when the app should take care of that and save me time.
