Received an email to download this app to check-in online and it was so quick! I didn’t have to wait in line anymore and was able to go straight to my room. I was able to view all my details and even unlock my room using my phone. I wish all hotels would have this!

I received a WhatsApp notification to download the Shackle app & WOW! What an amazing experience. I was able to skip the wait at the front desk & go right to my room, via my mobile key. This is a game changer. No front desk? Yes please!!!!!
