Updated MyNovant to properly require iOS version 18.0 or later. We apologize to those affected by the 7.0.0 release that are experiencing app crashing. Please update your version of iOS, if necessary, to ensure that it meets this requirement.

We are continuously updating MyNovant to provide the best user experience possible and to be more accessible. Support for MyNovant versions below 7.0.0 has ended. If you're running an older version, please update to v7.0.0 or later to continue using the app without interruption.

We've made changes to better improve our user experience. We've also made improvements to accessibility for more of our screens. Users can now click on push notifications and be redirected (after proper log-in, when needed) to the corresponding screen, even if currently logged out or if the app is closed or minimized. Additionally, we made fixes to user-reported bugs and improvements in app reliability.

We have enhanced security. Get directions will now properly open your selected default maps app. Biometrics will now properly disable following a password update. After updating your password, re-enable it in the profile [top right corner of the home page] —> Login/Password page.

We have fixed an issue that was preventing users from signing into MyNovant.

We have made some internal changes to our sign-in process. Please use your MyChart password when signing in to MyNovant. If you don't remember it, you can use the new "Forgot Password" link on the Sign in page to reset your password. Added changes to improve the security of the app.

We made it easier to pay your Novant Health or Novant Health New Hanover bill without logging into MyNovant. We also made password management easier.

We have released several updates to improve the overall MyNovant experience including improved messaging when the app is not available and changing our timeout from 3 to 10 minutes. After the app times out, it will be restarted.
