BLEASS Shimmer generates lush, harmonically rich reverbs that make any sound bloom and shine. The unique pitch-shifting reverb in BLEASS Shimmer makes performances dance and sing in ways you never imagined possible. Harmonics are emphasised and new tonal colours emerge as luscious washes of reverb thicken and harmonise with your performance, opening up a whole new creative dimension of spatial and ambient effects. The flexible processing architecture makes BLEASS Shimmer a highly versatile plugin overflowing with creative musical possibilities. Shape the incoming sound with the multi-mode input filter, place the two pitch-shift modules at different points in the signal chain for wildly different results, and combine them with a clean, rich reverb. An integrated ducker helps the direct signal stand out from the reverb and is perfect for rhythmic and blooming effects. This vast sonic potential is easy to tame, both live and in the studio, thanks to a clear and tactile interface designed for hands-on exploration. More than 30 included presets reveal the depth of possibilities on offer while providing great starting points for your own sound designs. From guitars and synth pads to leads, vocals and drums, BLEASS Shimmer brings exciting new dimensions to your musicianship. More information and technical specifications available on https://www.bleass.com/shimmer/ BLEASS Shimmer can be launched as an AUv3 plugin or as a standalone app. BLEASS Shimmer is also available for Windows, and macOS.

Among all the shimmer apps, I’m not claiming that it’s the better of them all, but the truth is , this is the most elegant and sonically most beautiful sounding shimmer among of them all. Don’t believe me? Just try this on your guitar,or the favourite synth of yours. Use the presets, it’s absolutely fine, with a few turn of the knobs it’ll take your instrument to a far distance galaxy.I’m not going to dive into details as most the people just read the title, as I’ve experienced, but this is not just a shimmer, this is The BLEASS Shimmer! Period.

I wanted an iPad version (IOS) to bring a thick and wide “granular-like” feel to my IOS pads. Wow! Exactly what I expected from a Shimmer Reverb, and I have heard some very ineffective shimmer reverbs (most of them, actually), but this one is the best I have heard. It makes me feel like I am running through my laptop rig with Valhalla! Nice!

I had assumed that this app worked through Audiobus or Inter-App Audio and that a window with the controls could be opened up over my GB projects through one of these avenues. In reality, you need to add BLEASS Shimmer under Plugins and EQ like you would any of the stock GB effects. I wish there was a one-page tutorial the first time you open the app that explained this, as there are now several ways to use different apps with GB. It’s confusing these days.

Improved CPU performance. Fixed an issue with Latch/Write parameter automation recording in Logic Pro. Updated the interface for a more refined experience.
