Best online ordering app ever
The delivery time is exceptional, and no fee. Forget UberEats, or any other delivery app. This is the GOAT.
Delivered wrong wine
Store delivered the wrong wine. Same label but wrong grape. When I called to tell them they delivered the wrong wine, the store person said they don’t offer the wine I ordered, even though I ordered it from their website. Store person said I could bring the wine to the store to exchange it.
Horrible customer service.
