[Concerning usage] ・This application will work with Aiphone GT system intercoms with Wireless LAN connectivity. ・This application must have an internet connection available either through Wireless LAN or 4G. ・Registration is necessary for establishing a link between the tenant station and this application. Has been a great addition to our building

The app functions as I hoped, and it has improved building access greatly. Layout could be simpler and more intuitive but you get used to it. Very much wish there was an Apple Watch app for quickly granting access. Just a single button or audio only interaction on the watch would be amazing. Could also function as a way to let yourself into the building without a keycard!

Need Ability to Access & Open without a call

This app is missing the basic functionality of being able to access the entrance video and open the door without the need for a call. This should not be difficult to implement and should be functionality out of the box. Also would be great to have a watch app.

Works 25% of the time

This app is fine when it works, but that’s usually only 25% of the time. In other cases you never get a picture when you answer and after a bit you get a connection error message. These problems occur when I’m at home with very fast wifi and when I’m out on a four or five bar cellular connection. I wish they would fix it! I was going to test and then recommend to my neighbors, but instead I had to warn them to save their money upgrading the intercom station to work with this.

Would highly recommend a way to more easily unlock the door directly through the phone call (ie press a single number on keypad to unlock)
