Being a DIY person, I was nervous about installing the unit but with the right tools and some research I was successful. The unit has been working well for several days now. The electrical work was easy. However, this was my first time installing the unit and line set evacuating and pressure testing with nitrogen and then opening the refrigerant valves!

The app will allow many settings to be changed and the timer allows limited scheduling. That is OK. However, when setting the app to F, the timer will only let you select temperatures in C. This makes it very difficult to set the temp when you are needing F. There are also several settings that are available but are not explained. So you have no idea what the settings do if you use them: health and X-fan are two I can think of quickly. The app needs a better explanation of the features.

I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to work two units running off one motor until I found the app. Makes it so easy to control both units whether I’m at home or away.

Added winter/summer time instructions to the help documentation. 5. Optimized the name of the region selection option in the login entry. 6. Optimized the third-party voice connection page. 7. Optimized the feedback ticket details page. 8. Fixed known issues and optimized user experience.
