What can you do with the Intermundial App?
- Any traveler, insured or not, can create their travel itinerary destination by destination, uploading accommodation or transport bookings, identity documents, vaccination certificates, or event tickets. You can also check your flight status.

- Travel assistance with telemedicine. Skip unnecessary trips to a medical center with our new video consultation feature. You'll also receive any prescriptions and medical reports you need in electronic format. You can request 24-hour assistance by calling directly from the app or using the integrated chat. Whatever assistance method you use, you'll avoid language barriers with direct communication in Spanish, no matter your destination country. It asks for a password but an account has not been created, and there is no way to create an account.Update: the issue is they did not send me a password with my registration form (the password was blank on the form). This has now been resolved, but it would have been good to have the option to “request new password” or something similar from the app. App appears to be functioning properly.

Llevamos más de 4 días intentando subir documentación para el seguro para tenerlo todo registrado y nos da un error de Folder Already Exist pero no hay ningún documento subido ni existen carpetas ni nada.. lo hemos intentando desde varios móviles y sigue igual. El soporte dice que no es necesario pero queremos ser precavidos por que nos conocemos a las compañías de seguro y nos dicen que da igual que no se suba y nos cortaron la conversación.. me parece de locos que no dejen a los clientes subir y organizar su seguro como deseemos que para eso se abonó.. que para ello fueron muy rápido.. la relación empieza muy muy mal, como no dejen subir los documentos, vamos a empezar regular el viaje..

Se supone que se contrata para salvaguardar tu dinero y son quien a final se quedan con el, muy mala experiencia y cero recomendable
