This is a major new version of Crashtag that improves stability in many areas

We've added a way for users to cancel or delete their account.

We've fixed the issue where Crashtag stays offline under 5G data connection.

We've added 2 new ways to add the location of an incident. Users failing to sign-in will now have a better notification on why they can't proceed. The common issues in offline mode were also addressed. We've also fixed an issue where users fail to upload media files. Some minor issues on the interface were also fixed.

This version includes the iPad support for Crashtag. We've also added some improvements and fixes for known issues and bugs.

We've added a new feature where you can proceed in creating a report, after sign in, and you've become offline. Those report will then be submitted once the internet connection went back online. At the moment, you will not be able to add images & videos in offline mode. In a later version of Crashtag App we will add this functionality.

For this release we have enabled the uploading of video files using Crashtag's camera app or by selecting the media files directly from your device's Photo Library. We've also added a restriction to fully use Crashtag for users with disabled accounts, chat support will still be available so you can check why your account was disabled. There were also some minor fixes addressed for this release.

We've fixed a bug where the app crashes after submitting a sketch. We've also added a consent form for regions that comply to GDPR.

We are excited to deliver the newest feature of Crashtag, the Quick Reporting. This will enable authorities to submit and view reports faster, this will be useful for users who are not neither medical or technical specialist. Aside from that, we've also improved Crashtag's app bug tracking capability and some of the reporting interfaces. Minor bugs and UI issues were also addressed in this release.

In this version we have greatly enhanced the way vehicle, injury and helmet sketches are being done. We've also added another sketch reporting for Frontal Head Restraint. This way, the assessment and evaluation of reports by the users and authorities will be more meaningful. We have also made the following improvements: 1. New look and feel when editing and viewing previously submitted reports. 2. Loading of events and submissions are now quicker. 3. Fixed issues where app becomes suddenly unresponsive. 4. Fixed issue where app crashes when uploading images and submitting reports. 5. Prevents app crashes when there are new regions added from the server. Besides from the updates above, we've also addressed some minor issues both on the interface and behavior of the app.

In this version we have added a notification which lets you know if we have new updates. This way we can ensure that you could always enjoy the latest features available. We have also made the following improvements: 1. Added a search functionality on the page were list of events are displayed. 2. Users can immediately make reports by tapping an event. 3. Removed the overriding of regions, instead, users can now freely choose the region they want using the new region settings interface. 4. Optimized the process for making/updating a report by adding keyboard layouts which adapts to the question. Besides from the updates above, we've also addressed some minor issues both on the interface and behavior of the app.

We've fixed the issue on the app where it doesn't display the right region for the user. We've also added a password reset confirmation so that users would know if the password reset process is successful or not. This update also contains fixes on other minor issues and optimizations which affects the speed of validating user's records.

Much of the UI has been updated and is now a lot more user friendly. We have improved the question flow and design, settings and account management systems, including native in-app reset passwords. In addition, there are multiple bug fixes and other improvements.
