I have only ordered two smoothies from the app so far…. and I am already loving the members deals and how pretty the interface is! makes ordering a breeze. *writes this review in hopes for more deals on these pricey smoothies in the future*

As someone who works in tech, this is one of the worst checkout flows I’ve ever seen in an app. Tons of friction when you just want to get to payment. Valid credit cards not recognized even after you re-add them or reinstall the app. Apple Pay not an option. No ability to report a bug or contact support in the app. Really? In 2026? All of this is inexcusable in a world with so many e-commerce checkout platforms available to developers, and it’s costing you business.

I love the new app! Apple Pay checkout is finally included , and not having to remember a password makes ordering so much easier. It feels smooth, modern, and is by far the easiest way to order Earthbar.

Why is there an activation link required after I just reset my password word through email? I literally just already clicked a link in my email to get to that state, why do it again? And then it takes you to the web browser, not the app so you then have to copy and reenter credentials on the app Using the app is necessary because the web app couldn’t even do a search to find my location
