So many great perks!!!

What Happened?!!!!
I’ve been going to MIXT and using this app and have gotten so many great perks! It’s so easy to keep track of your favorite DYO salads and reordering them without having to remember what you put on your last salad is my favorite part. I love checking out my rewards and realizing I have a free cookie, or an iced tea or $10 off my next meal. If you love MIXT, you need this app!!

What Happened?!!!!

I’ve been going to MIXT and using this app and have gotten so many great perks! App abuses notifications, rewards program not worth it

I love the Mixt restaurant, however the app has some annoying behavior. Every few days, it sends me a ‘notification’. By ‘notification’, I get an alert that says something attempting to be clever like ‘what’s your go to green?’. I look at the ‘notification’ and am sent to the homepage of the app…. There is no promotion or new offering, just get sent to the standard homepage. This is highly frustrating as Mixt is firing off empty ‘notifications’ just to remind me that I have the app installed on my phone…. Now that I am midway through this review, it seems as though the Mixt rewards via this app are generally less generous compared to Chipotle, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, The Habit and other single-establishment apps. Keeping sending me these ‘notifications’ and I will delete.

The flow is a bit confusing. You have to go through several annoying steps before you can even see what the menu options are. Would much prefer the more conventional menu -> delivery -> delivery time flow if possible.

Credit Card Scam this App is Not Organic

They require you to provide access to all transactions on your credit card. Who know who they will sell that data to. Also there is an option to send a receipt which results in the points being denied because you paid with a credit card and did not let them have access to all transactions. This is a scam be careful. I wish I could give it negative 5 starts. I used to go to MIXT every day for lunch. Mixt your brand is about doing the right thing for your body and the environment why sink to partner with this Thanx scam company.

We're sorry to hear your frustration with the app. When you link your card to the app, your card provider only notifies us of your purchases made at Mixt- we do not have access to all transactions on your credit card. Your card provider only lets us know when you've made a purchase at Mixt, so we can add that purchase to your account. This allows you to earn automatic points by just paying with your card (no need to check-in, scan a card, or do anything else). If you link your card and use that card to pay, your purchases will be automatically added to your account so you won't have to submit a receipt.
