I love the app, my only gripe is having multiple customers/clients and store fronts I cannot have one app with all the stores on my own app. You have to sign out or scan the QR to change stores. After chatting with an unprofessional, rude and lazy agent with their customer support. This is not something they are wanting to add. But I feel like it would not be too difficult to add this feature if I have around 10 sites under my one account. This would be an awesome Feature to manage and have with this app. Hopefully someone listens here to have this enabled.

I like the app and my site features ok. I was with wix and had so many tools to maximize the ability to gain more customers and sales… maybe in the future it will improve and offer more. Customer service of IONOS is excellent and that’s the trade off for me that keeps me here.

The recent update was supposed to fix bugs but I still can’t see abandoned carts for the past four months.
