Very user friendly and the ability to transfer funds to an external account has been such a blessing for being able to quickly get money to my elderly parents with a few taps on my phone. And everyone I have interacted with there has been great—Lisa Junkman is fantastic and I have felt more connected to this credit union in a year than I ever felt with my previous credit union in 18 years! Highly recommend!

A year ago I would’ve rated this app a 5. But now for probably about 4+ months, the loan payment feature to pay from an external account has been unavailable. In order to go around this issue, I have to transfer money from my external account into the savings account I hold at the bank (which I don’t use for anything) then transfer the money from my savings account to my loan. I understand that apps have issues some times and fixes need made, but considering this issue has been happening for months, it’s clear they aren’t really working to fix it. I contacted customer service about it on two separate occasions and all they’ve been able to offer is the work around of using my savings account instead. It definitely adds a level of inconvenience that makes me displeased with the app.

I doubt it is just me experiencing issues. 1st I have to download a new app rather than a simple update. Ok that’s weird but not a big deal, at least it would not have been if I was not locked out of my account. I put in the CORRECT password and was prompted to use an authorization. I opted for my phone number. Immediately I use auto fill from text messages to fill it in. I was instantly locked out of my account. What the actual hell, so now I must goto the bank tomorrow morning since it is already closed for the day. C1st please fix this bug. The inconvenience is not my issue, it is more along the lines of a company making an app then releasing it without proper beta testing. It was right off the login. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

I enjoy getting to see my account at anytime. It’s easy to transfer money without having to go to the bank. I love that most places you go to, it shows up on your account almost immediately so you know what you have. Just overall like the convenience.
