The app is helpful and certainly useful to book movies. But payment needs a lot of improvement. I don’t want to have to open up my physical wallet to grab a credit card number etc. Implement Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo etc. I’m on my phone using your App - don’t add friction into the process by having to leave the app and add information in separately. Truly a bone-headed UI/functionality issue.

I was glad to see they finally got an app. I ordered tickets and food right away through the app (did the same the previous week at an Alamo Drafthouse with no problems). I still needed to print the ticket. When we got to our seats, I told the server that I ordered online and he nodded and offered an order slip for anything else we wanted. We waited a bit and asked about the food and a manager came to say they couldn’t find the order. She said there was some sort of requirement to “check in” from the parking lot (?) to start the order, but we couldn’t find anything. She apologized and made it right, and said she would be testing the app herself to get more familiar with it. I feel like the app should have been released to a smaller set of beta testers first and staff should have been given more time to learn it, but I understand the urgency to make it available now too. I hope to see an improved app in the near future but for now will go back to paper orders.

Flix is our main place to watch movies. We love it! That said a few things I don’t love about the app that drives me online to putchase tickets. 1. It won’t allow you to leave a gap between you and another group, even if that gap seat is one of the mid row opening seats with a swivel table instead of a regular table. So it forces you to go mid row. My favorite seat is right next to that go so I can exit without bothering anyone if needed but still have a good view. That alone sent me to the website since that isn’t an issue online. 2. It doesn’t show in the app which seats are full table and which are swivel table - you have to go online for that. 3 it doesn’t tell you which theater number the showing is in but the web does. All that said its a much better interface for seeing all the special showings because they are hard to see/find on the website. And I love being able to see the showing times in an app easily

The app is almost great. I wish it had a better feature that allowed me to see the showtimes for TODAY, and not have to do the tedious work of clicking on the individual movie posters to see when the film is playing and what times are available. It makes it so hard, and it’s annoying.I also wish the free daily popcorn was easier to access for the staff vs each time I visit I have to write my info down for them to look me up.Lastly, there’s no way to save my card for future purchases or easier ordering. These are easy updates—please make it happen!
