I downloaded Glambook a couple of months ago and found many new clients with its help. My permanent clients left some feedback, I completed the portfolio with beautiful photos, which attracted many people interested in my services. Now, I make my schedule in the app, and I no longer need to use multiple messengers or planners since everything is in one place.

Signed up for a business account and before I could even upload my profile picture there was a request for my services under “Jane Doe”. The app makes you pay in order to confirm clients and view their contact info so I decided to pay the $19 commission fee in order to view the client. I try to use the CC processor in the app but I get a error message saying that “the card could not be processed at this time”. My only other option at this point is to pay the $25 subscription price to view the client booking details. I process the subscription through Apple Pay and confirm the appointment but the name still stays under “Jane Doe” and the number provided is a fake.TLDR: Do not give these people your money!! They generate a fake client right after you sign up to trick you into paying for the stupid subscription.

A genuinely quality service Truly high-quality service for masters that really helps save time and optimize the client registration process. I just enter the dates and time I'm available and clients book spots on their own, with the app notifying me when they do. There's also a no-show and late cancellation protection feature and I'm able to tweak it myself, that's a really cool idea.

I've been working with Glambook for a bit over 2 months, so far so good. I transferred all my regulars at no additional cost and pay a small fee for new ones. I'm thinking about getting a subscription later as it appears to be the more profitable choice. The app is easy to use, you even get notifications when it finds a client
