I used this app because I live in the United States and I needed to renew my passport. I took a photo using the app and they provided me with a passport photo in less than an hour. The photo looks nice but it is worthless, you cannot use it to renew your passport online. When you try to upload the photo, you get an error message saying that the photo isn’t big enough. Afterwards I looked at the photo guidelines on the website, and it says that you can’t use any apps, filters, computer software or artificial intelligence for the photo you submit. So if you want to use this app to renew your US passport, you will only be wasting your money.

Three weeks to send out photos is unacceptable. And the quoted price is false advertising because in the end, it still costs $11 for two tiny pictures. Would have given one star, but bumped it to two because the app is actually well done and easy to use.
