Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We are not a glorified timer or calendar. Inflow is a science-based program designed to help you manage focus, procrastination, and follow-through in a way that works with your brain, not against it. Developed with clinical psychologists and featured in peer-reviewed research.

WHO IS INFLOW FOR?
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or still figuring things out, ADHD doesn’t have to dictate your day. Inflow meets you wherever you are on your journey. You do not need a formal diagnosis to use our tools.
- Think you might have ADHD? If you relate to things like distraction, time blindness, or task paralysis but don’t have a formal diagnosis, Inflow can help you understand your brain and start building better habits. No doctor’s note required.
- Newly Diagnosed? Diagnosis explains the ”what”, but Inflow teaches the “how”. We bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis and daily life by teaching you the practical CBT skills and coping mechanisms that complement medication and clinical care.
- Living with ADHD? Even pros hit burnout. Consistency is hard! Inflow provides the external structure and community accountability ("Body Doubling") you need to stay on track and reset when life gets overwhelming.
- Struggling with Executive Function? Focus and regulation issues aren't exclusive to ADHD. Whether navigating Autism (ASD), OCD, Depression, or general burnout, our tools help you overcome paralysis regardless of your specific label.

Despite the safeguards they have in place to avoid this very problem, I ended up purchasing a year-long subscription by accident. I’m so happy that I did. I was mostly interested in the ADHD and hormones module but had to complete 4 other modules before I had access to the rest. This kinda made me rush through the beginning because I wanted to see the rest of the library before the end of the trial period (though I had already failed so that ended up not mattering). The task avoidance module is what really sold me on the app, I learned so many things that I’m actually implementing (E.g., chunking, RAIN). It’s already changing the way I think (aim for 80% completion not 100% perfection). I’m genuinely excited to do my lesson every day. I took of a star for two—probably mutually exclusive—reasons: 1. Locking the library during the trial period is a turn off. I get it for people with little understanding of their ADHD, but there are certain things that I already knew this to wish I could’ve skipped. Though I think I picked the first 4. But I also understand why having all the modules available could be overwhelming (I’m experiencing this rn).2. Even though I just said I didn’t like the prescribed module order, I wish there were like paths we could choose that would have a stack of modules to follow. Choosing what to focus on gets overwhelming.

Just What I Needed!!!
Peanut102
I came to this app through ADDitudes and I’m so glad I found it. This is just what I needed to learn how to get things done, stay on track at work, and feel better about myself. My coworkers have noticed an improvement and I’m getting more done after just two weeks of using Inflow daily. The modules are useful. I’m learning so much about what works, what doesn’t, and why. The live events are very informative and the live work group every weekday is amazing. I don’t completely understand why the work group works so well, but it has been a game changer when I’m struggling to get started or stay focused on a project I really don’t want to do. There is a cost, but it is well worth it to me and WAY cheaper than doing all of this with a coach, owing a ton in late fees because I forget to pay bills, or the risk of losing a job. I am 110% happy with this and it is already making noticeable improvements in my life. I have one thing I would like to see. If the developers are reading this, please consider making it a two week trial. I don’t think one week is enough time for most people to determine if this will work for them. I saw just enough that I was willing to pay for a month to see how it went, but there are a lot of people who need this that may still be hesitant after just one week. And thank you for the reminder when my trial was about to end!!!! It’s so easy for us ADHDers to forget things like that. That speaks volumes about intentions.

Literal Life Saver
Plantmom007
This app has quite literally changed my life. I was feeling so hopeless after having exhausted several therapy modalities to try to manage my mixed presentation ADHD (along with other diagnoses) but none of these previous modalities ever ended up being sustainable long term or had major gaps in their efficacy due to me being neurodivergent. Many of these other therapeutic modalities don’t take neurodivergence into account when drafting up their content either. Especially when it comes to how we learn and perceive information. But now that I’ve found Inflow I’m so incredibly thankful for this app and how powerful it is! This app has clearly been crafted by experts in ADHD neurodivergence. I’ve only been using Inflow for a few days and I’m already majorly blown away at how effective it has been in helping me both gain a deeper understanding of how to manage my ADHD symptoms while also validating my experiences as a person born with neurodivergence. We’re wired differently and that means that it takes a different and specialized approach to assist us in being able to successfully move through a society built for neurotypicals. Inflow is 110% worth ANY amount of money needed to keep this therapy relevant and accessible to all. I wish that everyone could hear about this app and how simple and easy it is to approach. The first step toward treatment is often the hardest and now that I’ve started with Inflow I never want to stop working with it. Cheers Inflow team you deserve it!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re beyond grateful to hear how much Inflow has helped you already. Traditional approaches often miss the mark for neurodivergent minds, and that’s exactly why we built Inflow - to offer practical, validating, and sustainable ADHD support. We’re thrilled to have you in our community and can’t wait to continue on this journey with you!
Some useful tools
chdhehebrh
Unless you are new to your diagnosis, this app will likely not have many tips, tools, or facts you don’t already know. However, I was asked to be included in the study right when I was in the middle of a really rough time (my routines & habits were all out of whack and I needed to rebuild them, I wasn’t getting anything done) and it really helped me get back on track. It’s a good reminder of the strategies available to you, and very good at being a gentle partner in developing habits — prods you just enough, and paces you, showing you that a little bit of work every day can make a difference. It stops the frustration of trying to fix everything in one day (which doesn’t work). I don’t think it can replace therapy, but if you can’t access therapy, this app could be a good more affordable alternative to getting the very basic info and strategies that any therapist will tell you about adhd. It seems like they are working on expanding content and community features, and I think that’s great — it seems to be done very thoughtfully. I’m not sure it’s something I would benefit from using constantly after the initial several weeks & getting on track, but I’d benefit from revisiting it when I’m off-track. PS: I have to say it— the app name, plus a pink icon that looks vaguely like a menstrual cup makes me think about periods every time.

Thanks for this feedback! Like you said, we continue to expand the content and community features, including our advanced modules which aim to dive deeper than our introductory modules so that there’s something for everyone. :)
We have made small changes. Thanks for all your feedback :)
