This shredding service is super convenient and was super easy to navigate. Shredding has never been easier!

The app loaded fine on my iphone and that was the extent of success. When Terms of Service page appeared the “accept” button would not work. Only the “Decline” button removed the screen. When attempting to purchase bags by clicking the “Purchase More Bags” button a screen appeared with words “Use discount codes at time of purchase” with nothing else on screen. No apparent way to purchase any bags. So app was completely useless at this point. When contacting Support through the app I never received a response from “Brooks”. Not even a “Hello, be with you in a minute” or similar response. Nothing but crickets. I feel foolish for even downloading this app and creating an account.
