UPDATE: did hear from developer in a timely manner and all is well thankfully. Have updated review to reflect this!I use this app VERY regularly to aid in collecting responses from my team about scheduling, game days, and contact info. I am suddenly receiving an ”access blocked: authorization error the OAuth client was disabled error 401” message when I try to log in and cannot access ANY of my forms, including a form that I was actively using to collect time sensitive responses. This is a HUGE issue and I have emailed the developer but have yet to hear back.

Requires granting developer complete read-write access to your forms and files

I like Google Forms, and I thought this app would add more value to it. Unfortunately, it appears to require granting the developer full read-write access to your forms and responses, including any sensitive info that the forms might have captured (I appreciated the pop-ups explaining this). Also granting access to all your files and granting permission for the files to be viewed, modified, deleted, etc. I don’t understand why this level of access would be required, as it would not impact the app’s functioning. And it seems like a great way to facilitate identity theft or some other nefarious activity. It was not possible to opt out of granting those excessive permissions. If I have misinterpreted something, I will modify my rating and review, but since I couldn’t opt out of granting the developer full access to all my info, I cannot use the app to be able to comment on how it actually functions.

Forms user
I used this site to collect addresses for my wedding…after I sent out my save the dates the site lost all my info. I have emailed for help with no answers. The site just says an error has occurred, try again later. I paid for a full subscription and it doesn’t work. No I have to reach out again to everyone for their addresses….very embarrassing!!!! So disappointed!!!

The app is good and is really accessible for me as a blind user. I love this app so buch, keep it up! Also, stop trying to sell me the paid one. Also you should let people print out the forms for free.
