My first review because wow!
The app wouldn’t let me delete individual responses, I contacted customer service, and within three days they fixed that issue. Now I can use the app perfectly for my business. That’s crazy good customer service!
Ehhh…
I like this app. It’s nice…sort of. I saw a review that said it was trying to get my gmail password which I don’t exactly believe but I’m still cautious about that. I like the app because you can make a bunch of little quizzes for friends, family game nights, etc. But what I do not like is that after almost every minute you get an add from google. I get these so often that it wastes so much time of the creation of my little quizzes and it’s quite annoying. Overall it’s a good app. But please fix the annoying ads.
Highly upset
I updated my form question and after doing so I lost all of my contacts and valuable information for my clients. Now, I’m being told there is no way to retrieve the information. Also, there is no way to copy the form response in the app. I have to either screenshot and copy or manually type information. If it wasn’t for this, I’d love the app, but now that I can’t get assistance in retrieving information, I’m looking for another way to track client information.
