The review after this was my first review but they have finally made the re-order and added apple pay. The flow is so much better, well done. Sad I lost my rewards but I’ve already started building again. — prev review:The app was already bad, confusing checkout and rewards system. You redid it and made it worse? No Apple Pay? Lost my account and rewards? Even more steps to do anything? How can things be going backwards

When reading the news of your opening in WPB and being an original day one customer of Pop Up Bagels on Thompson St NYC, I was excited to visit your store on Fern St. As I approached the store, there were 8 people standing outside. No designated line, no stanchions, to sign to mark the direction of the line. I entered the store to be asked to leave immediately. “It’s not a retail store”. No sign on door! I approached the window not realizing other patrons were ahead of me, two gracious and equally confused gents. When I finally got to the window, greeted by a lady sitting on the window/ counter I ordered 2 plain and 2 everything bagels. “Sorry we don’t sell bagels to go”. “We can only sell 2 bagels per person”. Ok, I’ll have 2 & 2. “No only 2 per person “. I’m ordering 2 for my wife in the car in front of the store. “Sorry, that would be a separate order”. I tendered a cash payment, “Sorry, credit only”. As a restaurant owner for 42 years with over 40 F&B operations throughout the USA, PLEASE get your act together. Whether I return or not, I want your concept to work. You’ve made this too complicated, too unorganized and you haven’t earned the pedigree to be so inhospitable. Best of good luck to you.

Decent app, though I wish I didn’t need to use my credit card every time I want to place an order. Why isn’t Apple Pay an option here ?! It’s 2021 people, come on !You make us download yet another iOS app, but are not making life easier for us, your customers, all of that to save a few cents on each transaction. Not a great look.
