I have tried several apps and Flink has consistently proved itself. Not only is the app very organized and user friendly, the customer service has always been excellent. Food items are kept stocked quite well. I love how the app saves and suggests my recent purchases. It also saves my notes/instructions at check-out for the delivery person so I do not have to type them every order. Great all around service that has served our family well due to sickness, surgeries and hectic days. Highly recommend!

I’m rating this app 3 stars for a few reasons. 1. It’s usually reliable, I get what I ordered, and I’m satisfied. 2. A lot of the time, for some reason, the drivers cannot find my apartment to save their lives, despite me leaving very specific and easy-to-understand directions to where my room is. It’s even on the ground floor! If I felt like getting up to go collect the groceries at the gate, I wouldn’t bother with all the extra instructions (and Flink wouldn’t bother to offer them as an option). 3. HOWEVER—the most annoying thing recently? The “Press & Hold to Verify You’re Human” verification. It almost makes me want to permanently delete the app. Not only does it ask you every five seconds while you’re trying to shop, it does it WHILE YOU’RE TRYING TO PAY. It makes everything take so much longer, and eventually, it gets to a point where a pop up comes up on the screen saying “We’re sorry, something went wrong.” The only way to fix this is by deleting and reinstalling the app (which deletes everything you added to your cart AND everything you’ve favorited), and then you have to go through the whole verification process again anyway. By that point, half of what you probably wanted to order says “Back soon!” or “Back tomorrow!” The app didn’t used to have this stupid verification, and it’s made quality of life on the app significantly worse.Anyway, that’s my review of the app. If their drivers had more common sense and the verification was removed, I’d give it five stars! But not today.

I was skeptical to try this app, seemed to good to be true. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and I’m glad that I did! I’m from the US and this app made my travel much easier! Easy to use and VERY fast service! The delivery guy was waiting for me as soon as I got off of the elevator. Great experience, would give more stars if I could! Thanks, Flink -Happy Customer
Completely unreliable

The app is super buggy, delivery times aren’t followed, and customer service replies days later. My order page shows blank on the app, as if I never ordered anything, even though money was taken from my account. This is a problem for many users, according to the help page and reddits etc. Flink has been aware of this issue for many months but doesn’t fix the problem. Sometimes my groceries show up, other times they don’t—and then I have to dispute the charges on my bank account. The immediate help function only has a bot, no humans. It’s so frustrating!
