I order from Toms regularly and since the pandemic I’ve taken full advantage of using the app to order ahead and pick in drive thru!
Don’t try a pick up order with ASAP

I’ve tried multiple times to order an advance, and by the time you get to the checkout screen, the pick up window is expired and it will not let you alter the option and cancels the order. Promo codes are great to offer for discounted online ordering if it would actually work.

I wish you had a better way to use promo codes instead of having to show your phone. I also wish there was a way to manually enter a receipt for when you forget the phone
Stop Changing Your App!

It is really disappointing that they changed the app. You end up losing all of your built up points and combos. Yes, they do offer you a $5 discount but lost more than that switching to the new app. I was one meal away from a free combo and was only 50 points away from the discount.
