Edit 2: Customer service solved my issue quickly and I have updated the rating in my review to 5 stars. There is no reason for a negative review being that my issue was an internal glitch that was easily resolved. Edit: I reached out to customer support as suggested. I requested either a refund or a fix. They responded (automated I presume) that they have received my message. I will keep this review updated and will increase the rating based on customer service. Original review: This is the second year in a row where the app does not pull and collage my top photos, but instead, just a mixture of more of my recent and lesser liked. Is there a way to get my money back?

TOP 9 is my favorite app when it gets closer to the end of the year. The app picks up the best post accurately in a couple of seconds. This year it is also enriched by the videos and reels! Many lovely additional features, such as statistics per post, per whole year, nice and catchy tagline... so simple but efficient.

Very few templates, but better edit options than some others

Cons very few edit options few templates (less than a dozen) barely any templates that allow an actual TOP 9 limited to only top images of the last 3 years, cannot customize the range beyond that (like month, quarter etc) All square ratio for images cannot put the stats you cannot do reels/photos only Pros you can reposition your image within the template to do a best crop to the square-as a photographer that is a must you can choose to have your videos show animated you can do a single fave photo of the year post generation (only one template) low price for lifetime license to use and no watermark

Charged Twice for Lifetime Subscription!

I went ahead and purchased the lifetime subscription as I figured I would probably use this each year. Shortly after I thought I completed the purchase I was prompted to again purchase a lifetime subscription but this time at a discount. I checked my account and no purchase had gone through so I thought maybe it failed so I purchased again. The next day I see receipts for both purchases! Why was I prompted again and why did it let it go through if I had already upgraded!
